Based in Melbourne, Australia and supported by its U.S. headquarters in Los Angeles, A&S Labels is the company behind globally recognized fashion brands including Tiger Mist and I.AM.GIA. Since launching Tiger Mist as a boutique retail store in 2007, the company has grown into a global digital-first fashion business known for delivering trend-driven apparel to customers around the world. 

Their brands are built around understanding what today’s consumers want: styles that reflect culture as it happens. By combining trend forecasting, community-driven design, and a highly responsive product development process, A&S Labels has created brands that resonate with Gen Z and Millennial shoppers while maintaining a strong international presence. 

Tiger Mist established itself as one of Australia’s early e-commerce success stories, while I.AM.GIA quickly became a global fashion phenomenon after its launch in 2017, earning recognition from celebrities and fashion influencers worldwide. 

As demand continued to grow internationally, so did the complexity of serving customers across multiple markets. 

Better Together

As A&S Labels experienced rapid growth throughout the United States, their fulfillment strategy needed to evolve alongside their business. 

With a significant portion of their customer base located in the U.S., shipping every order internationally from Australia was no longer the most effective way to meet customer expectations. The brand needed a fulfillment partner that could establish a domestic presence, improve delivery speeds, and provide the operational flexibility to support continued expansion. 

Working together, we helped establish a U.S.-based fulfillment operation that allowed A&S Labels to transition from international direct shipping to domestic fulfillment, significantly improving the customer experience while creating a scalable foundation for future growth. 

The impact was immediate. 

Beyond faster shipping, our partnership created opportunities for A&S Labels to expand their business in new ways. With a scalable U.S. operation in place, the brand was able to successfully launch its wholesale channel, opening the door to partnerships with major U.S. retailers while continuing to support its rapidly growing e-commerce business. 

Our dedicated vendor compliance team also played a key role, helping navigate the strict requirements of wholesale distribution while ensuring orders met retailer standards. 

As order volumes fluctuate throughout the year, our nationwide warehouse network provides the flexibility to scale operations quickly, giving A&S Labels the confidence that their fulfillment infrastructure can keep pace with demand.
