While donations and drives are a normal part of NRI life, sometimes we’re able to do a little more for the ones who need it most! This Q4, we delivered the gift of comfort to those in our communities by partnering with a network of nonprofits.
With the help of our generous clients and staff, NRI has been working to redirect potentially wasted inventory to those locally. This quarter, NRI partnered with four nonprofits: People Concern, Los Angeles Mission, Downtown Women’s Center, and Sandpipers to spread holiday cheer across Southern California. Together with a number of our great clients, NRI has donated over 3,000 units of blankets, shoes, T-shirts, sweatshirts, undergarments, backpacks, and toys – and we’re just getting started!
Creating value through sustainability has always been at the forefront of our business model, and hearts. NRI is committed to supporting brands in reducing waste sent to landfills while simultaneously enhancing infrastructure, education, and environmental stewardship.
As busy season comes to a close, we will continue to celebrate the amazing brands and companies in our industry who have stepped up with hard work and extraordinary sustainability measures. We’re eager to expand our donation initiative to other parts of the U.S. and Canada in 2023.
