Leading Lady, Shanon

Shanon is the Distribution Center Manager in Kamloops, BC.  She’s been with NRI for over 15 years and two maternity leaves.  Shanon is a major asset to our Kamloops facilities – ensuring they run smoothly and all clients are happy.

Over the years, Shanon has demonstrated exceptional leadership and a deep understanding of the logistics and distribution industry. Her ability to manage complex operations and maintain high standards of efficiency has been instrumental in the growth and success of the Kamloops distribution center. Shanon is known for her hands-on approach and her ability to inspire and motivate her team, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.

Her commitment to excellence extends beyond daily operations; she is also actively involved in implementing innovative solutions to improve workflow and enhance client satisfaction. Shanon’s strategic vision and proactive mindset have led to significant improvements in inventory management, order fulfillment, and overall service quality. Balancing her demanding role with her responsibilities as a mother, Shanon exemplifies the supportive and flexible culture at NRI. Her ability to navigate both professional and personal challenges with grace and resilience is truly admirable. Outside of work, Shanon enjoys spending quality time with her family and exploring the natural beauty of British Columbia.
