We are building a culture where difference is valued. The most recent event promoting this core company value involved our Brampton, Ontario team. NRI was a proud sponsor of the Toronto Pride Parade 2022. Going to Pride felt new and exciting for a lot of employees. It was the first time attending the Pride Parade for all the employees who volunteered to participate, and it provided an opportunity to learn about different cultures.

The parade was huge with thousands of people on the streets of Toronto. From colorfully designed floats to stunning dance troupes, the Toronto Pride showcased the artistic prowess of the LGBTQ Community. It was a liberating experience to see people enjoying their identity. The entire NRI team was glad to attend the event because it emphasized the importance of all the communities. This was a new milestone for the Brampton NRI team – everyone returned home with the sense of empowerment to be their full authentic selves.
