July marked NRI’s 1 year anniversary of our latest geographical addition – in Toronto, ON. Our history began on the west coast of Canada, and for a period of time in the 90s and 00s included a footprint in the Toronto area. We departed eastern Canada and doubled down on our west coast focus with our opening in Los Angeles a decade ago, always with an eye on returning to eastern Canada. That vision was realized and recently the NRI Toronto team had a slice of birthday cake.

Toronto is the 4th largest city in North America and a growing region of operations for NRI in years ahead. NRI’s Toronto team, known as TB, is dedicated in their efforts to be known for quality of service and commitment to our clients. In the words of Amolak Dullat, NRI People Experience Specialist: “It has been a matter of great pride to see TB grow this past year and the team embracing NRI’s core values. This company is like a family to us and we all take care of each other, and our clients. We recently celebrated our dreams becoming reality. The team is excited to take on more challenges ahead!”

With the continued diversity of our clients’ business channels, it has never been more valuable to have product where their customers are. The addition of Toronto builds on our geographical strategy to provide our clients with same day/next day options to the vast majority of their marketplace. Time-to-customer is as important as ever. NRI’s bi-coastal footprint allows our clients to place inventory in one, or multiple regions to ensure that they are responsive, competitive, and sustainable.
